London theatre prices are mental. West End seats start at £30 easy, and National Theatre's best shows sell out months ahead. But every Friday at 1pm, they drop £10 tickets to the following week's productions. I've snagged a few, it's proper value.

What you get £10 per ticket. Up to 2 tickets per production. These are for unsold seats in their main venues, like the massive Olivier Theatre, think premium shows that'd normally cost £20-£60+. No extra fees. It's on every Friday at 1pm for shows the next week. South Bank, London SE1 9PX, walk from Waterloo or Embankment tube.

Every Friday at 1pm, hit the Friday Rush page: https://www.nationaltheatre.org.uk/shows/friday-rush. 3. Log in fast, click the button for a random queue number. Under 100 usually gets you tickets. 4. Pick your show and grab up to 2 tickets. No Christmas Eve rush, though.

What the TikTok didn't mention - Queue numbers under 50 almost guarantee seats, I've got Olivier shows that way, beats paying £50 elsewhere. - Best for midweek shows; weekends fill faster. Skip press nights, they're not in rush. - Pair it with a South Bank walk: Waterloo station has Pret bags via Too Good To Go for £3.50 pre-show fuel. - Pro tip: refresh the page right at 1pm sharp, I've missed by seconds otherwise.

The catch You get a random queue number, so if it's over 100-150, tickets might be gone. It's luck-based, and I've queued at 200 with nothing. Non-transferable too, use your own name.
