Restaurant Month is back, and this time there's 30+ restaurants doing three courses for under £30. Kitty Fisher's in Mayfair, Fowl in St James's, Madison on the roof, the lot. Most of these places you'd pay £60-£80 for the same meal. Availability windows are tight and they're already filling up.

What you get

Three courses from £24.75 to £65, depending on the restaurant. Most cluster around £25-£32. That includes starter, main, and pudding. No hidden charges beyond a discretionary service charge at a few spots (Madison adds 15% on top). You're getting the full menu, not a stripped-down set list. Opening hours vary wildly. Some do lunch only, some dinner only, some both. 34 Mayfair (Grosvenor Square, W1K 2HP, Bond Street tube) does the deal all day Monday to Wednesday, then only 12-5pm Thursday and Friday. Bébé Bob (30-32 Dean Street, Soho, W1D 3SG, Tottenham Court Road tube) is lunch only every single day. Bellamy's (18 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair, W1K 4QZ, Bond Street tube) does it lunch and dinner every day. Check the restaurant's website before you book, the windows shift.

How to get it

1. Pick a restaurant from the list: 34 Mayfair, 74 Charlotte Street, Arlington, Bacchanalia, Bébé Bob, Bellamy's, Fowl, Ham Yard Restaurant, Kitty Fisher's, Kolamba, Madison, Sessions Arts Club. 2. Go to the restaurant's website directly, 34-restaurant.co.uk, bacchanalia.co.uk, kittyfishers.com, fowlrestaurant.com, etc. 3. Check the opening hours and availability window for the deal. Write it down. 4. Book a table for two to six people (most cap at 6; Kitty Fisher's is 4 max, Fowl is 10). 5. Turn up on time. Late cancellations lose the deal.

What the TikTok didn't mention

  • Lunch is faster to book than dinner. Kolamba (Greek Street, Soho, W1D 4DG) is lunch only and good value at £25. Book lunch, not dinner, if you want to actually get in.
  • Madison's a rooftop with strings attached. Three courses £29.50 (1 New Change, EC4M 9AF, St Paul's tube), but it's 21+ only, minimum two people, max six, and you're paying 15% service on top. Worth it for the view. Check the £5 steak supplement before you order.
  • Fowl does reservations only. St James's Market, Piccadilly Circus tube. Two to three courses £25-£30. Book ahead or you won't get in.
  • Skip lunch at Bellamy's if you want quiet. Grosvenor Street is rammed 12-2pm. Go at 2:30pm or do dinner instead.

The catch

Most restaurants cap party size at four to six, which rules out larger groups. Availability windows are strict, several places cut off at 5pm or 7pm, and lunch-only spots mean you can't do a proper night out. Late means you lose the deal entirely.

Three courses at Kitty Fisher's for £26, check availability first as popular slots go in hours.
